We will not issue refunds for orders we have had more than 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order and we have had the order more than 24 hours please contact us.

All of our items are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order upon receiving it, I will gladly refund the full amount (less shipping cost). The buyer is responsible for return shipping. You must contact me within 5 days from receipt of your package for a refund. Returned product must be received undamaged and ready for sale again. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item. If the product is not resalable a refund will not be issued.
Deadline for submitting payment is 24 hours.
We ship all packages to the address listed on your payment receipt unless you tell us different.
Our standard shipments are sent via USPS First-Class, Parcel Mail or Priority Mail. With all options you will receive an email from PayPal/Etsy with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to check the status of this tracking number.

Please understand that for all orders, once the package has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned we cannot be held responsible for the condition your package is received in or the package arriving. All packages mailed priority shipping will come with 50.00 insurance. It is the customers responsibility to file a damage claim with the post office. Instructions can be found at usps.com. If you would like to add additional insurance please contact us for a price quote before ordering.

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.(Central Time)
Messages received after 4:00 p.m. central time will be returned the next business day.

Saturday/Sunday – CLOSED
Please understand that it does take us longer to respond to convo’s sent over the weekend as we are not in the office. We do make every effort to respond within 24 hours though.

Unless posted on the front page of our shop, we respond to every convo within 24 hours. If you have not heard back from us within 24 hours please send us another convo. Please do not send emails to our personal email address. We receive hundreds of emails and it is impossible to keep track of them.

What if you have a problem with my order?
If we need more information from you or have any issues with your order we will send you a convo within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask that you reply to our convo within 24 hours to avoid delays. We do have the option to cancel orders if we have not heard back from you within this time line.
