Curious minds love curious objects... I am a vintage addicted gem lover- made good!

For as long as I can remember I've loved collecting 'objets de curiosite', whether gold flecked ammonites from seaside trips to Lyme Regis cliffs, fossils inside old boulders on farm rubble sites, wading knee deep for milky and rose quartz crystals in Welsh rivers, vintage dresses from my great grandmother and jewellery heirlooms from long gone Jewish ancestors... they're all precious.

I'd like to pass on some of these wonders to you.

Pollyanna Loves is my little reliquary of hand picked vintage clothing and accessories. I select items which have both history and panache and always try to keep things affordable. Because good fashion needn't mean bankruptcy; it should mean fun and accessible pieces.

I am based in Manchester, UK and ship worldwide.

* UK *
We ship within the UK via Royal Mail Recorded for most items. If you require next day delivery that can be arranged, please contact us for a quote. For some larger/bulky items it may be necessary to ship via a courier, in such cases it will be noted on the item listing.

* International *
We ship internationally via Royal Mail Airmail which unfortunately has no tracking. If you would like your to have a tracking number you can upgrade to Royal Mail International Signed For which is typically an extra £7, please let us know before you place your order and we will check and adjust the shipping rate for you. For some larger/bulky items it may be necessary to ship via a courier, in such cases it will be noted on the item listing.

USA 5-10 working days
Elsewhere 7-14 working days

* Duties and Taxes*
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
Refunds and Exchanges

The happiness of my customers is important to me so please feel free to contact me with any problems or issues and I will do my utmost to resolve things quickly and amicably. Below are my general rules regarding refunds and returns.

* Returns/Exchanges *
All sales are considered final, but returns will be accepted for exchange or for store credit within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to return or exchange a item please inform me straight away. All returns and exchanges must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of arrival. Once the return item is received I will send agreed upon exchange items or issue a credit. All return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer.

* Damaged Items *
If your order arrives damaged please let me know within 7 days. The item will have to be returned to me, any return postage costs responsibility lies with the customer. Once I receive the item I will claim compensation from Royal Mail (and/or any other courier used) and once this has been received I will dispatch a replacement or refund you fully.

* Lost Items *
Should your item become lost in the post I will contact Royal Mail (and/or any other courier used) and have them investigate the missing items, if they can not locate the missing items I will claim compensation and once this has been received I will dispatch a replacement or refund you fully.

* Taxes and Return costs *
Returns will not be accepted if they are due to customs taxes, fees or duties.
All return shipping fees and postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
