Returns and exchanges
Each item comes wrapped in bubble wrap for extra protection. However, accidents sometimes happen in the mail. If this is the case, please contact me and we'll sort something out.
Payment
I accept PayPal from all customers or personal checks from customers living within the USA or with a US bank account, received within 7 business days of sale. Once payment is received, I will ship your order.
Shipping
I send each order in a small padded envelope, first class USPS. They generally take between three business days and a week to arrive. I often use recycled materials such as plastic grocery bags as padding - please let me know if you're in need of something a little nicer!

You are responsible for providing me with the proper address. If the billing address I receive through PayPal is not the address where you'd like your charms or key chains sent, please mention this when you buy your items, or in a separate message, sent right away.
Additional policies and FAQs
Looked through the shop and can't find your favorite player? I'm going to continue to add new player charms from time to time. However, if you'd rather not wait and chance it, you can commission me to create a charm! Just send me a message, and we can get started. Prices are as follows:

$12 for a charm/$13.50 for a key chain of an internationally known, easily google-able player
$15/$16.50 for anyone else

These charms and keychains are cute and so much fun to make, but are not really meant to last forever! I use the materials I use - shrink plastic and jump rings - because they are simple to work with and allow me to keep costs low. Hopefully yours will last a while, but be warned that the plastic can break (especially on keychains, where they get more wear and tear) and the metal rings can catch on things and become pried open. While I can't change the sturdiness of the plastic, please message me if you'd like to upgrade the ring - I can do this for $3 extra per piece.

You can also contact me for gift wrap options. :)
