Returns and exchanges
I sincerely hope that your items will always show up as lovingly packaged as I send them, and that you will love your items and enjoy them as much as I enjoyed creating them! That said, if misfortune happens in transport or if you are not satisfied with your item, the following policies will apply:

DAMAGED ITEMS UNDER $50:
Damaged singular items under a 50 dollar value may be approved for refund if pictures of the damaged item are emailed within a week of arrival. As most of my items are unique, it may be impossible to replace the item and refund may be the only option. Upon approval, the damaged item will be requested for return, shipped at the buyer's expense. If a refund is approved, it will be issued for the the amount of the item plus the amount of the original shipping cost. The refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged item.

DAMAGED ITEMS OVER $50:
Single items over 50 dollars may have insurance included in the shipping cost. If this is the case, the insurance coverage will be noted by the product description. Damage inflicted by poor handling through the postal service is covered by this insurance.

RETURNS:
I sincerely hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your item, which will be verified by the delivery confirmation number provided through convos or PayPal for each item sold. You will be responsible for all return product shipping expenses. Once the returned item is received and proves to be in its original condition, your money will be refunded to you within 3 days of the returned item's arrival. Money refunded will be equal to the cost of the item only, shipping costs will not be refunded.

ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN THE U.S.: All tangible items purchased are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail if possible. Exceptions will be noted in product description.

If you wish to have additional postal insurance or a delivery confirmation for an extra fee, please convo me BEFORE purchase of the item to arrange the extra payment and details. Insurance may be included in the shipping cost for single items over $50, this will be noted in the product description if this is the case.

All items are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Delivery of item shipped within the U.S. depends on distance and the speed of USPS First Class mail, but usually takes between 3-14 business days after shipping. Priority Mail is typically faster, but not economical for larger packages.

NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ON LOST PACKAGES. Lost package claims must be filed through USPS. If you are concerned about the risk, please convo me BEFORE purchase to arrange for purchase of postal insurance.

ITEMS FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: My apologies, at this time I am not able to ship tangible goods to international customers. I hope to change that in future.
