I lurve custom requests! Do you see a brooch that you wish was a hair clip or vice versa? Is the color not quite right? 99.99% of the time, I can accommodate!*

*I reserve the other .01% in case I can't find the materials previously used. But I'm sure we can work something out.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

All items may be returned within 7 days of receipt in unused condition, accompanied with your invoice and a note explaining the reason for return. Your money will be refunded via check or PayPal.

Payment

PomelyGrove gladly accepts PayPal.

Orders that are not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and relisted.

Shipping

Items are usually shipped within business 3-5 days.

Domestic orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail and should arrive 3 days from shipping date.

All international orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail and should arrive 6 - 10 days from shipping date.
