My Story.

For many years I was producing self-designed toys but I came to conclusion that I was not following my true passions. So I decided to concentrate on my passion to handmade art and connect it with my knowledge of creating designs. The result are my sleep masks and handmade jewelry which you can find in my other shops on Etsy:

- name, address and e-mail of Buyer
- date of purchase
- what is reason of complaint and your expectations about resolving this situation.
If data will be not complete I can contact you to give me missing informations. I will answer you not later than 14 days from day of receiving message about complaint. You will receive e-mail answer at e-mail address which you send me in complaint informations message.
Payment
Shipping times:
Europe up to 5-14 days depending on country of delivery.
Other countries 1-3 weeks, sometimes can happen delay up to 5-6 weeks.

Polish Post policy says that it is expected time but not guaranteed (statistic says that 99,8% of packages arrive in expected time).

Credit Card owners - you DON'T NEED Paypal account - click the Paypal button and look for the link to pay with your credit card.

Items will not be shipped until payment is received. I'm waiting for payment 7 days from purchase.

I really want you to be happy with your purchase so I'll do my best to ship your order as you expect. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let me know if we can do anything to resolve or fix it. Shipment from Poland may take about 5-14 days to Europe and 6-21 days overseas. In some rare cases delays may occur and your package can take up to 5-6 weeks to arrive.
