Shop policies

We upcycle when we can, by using deconstructed knits (afgans, sweaters etc.) deconstructed clothing, accessories and housewares. When we do buy new, we buy local as often as we can. Our shop is always changing, as we always have new ideas, and pop them out as much as we can! We can do custom orders, and love to hear new ideas!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours. Many of our items are custom made, and take between 2-4 days depending on our workload; up to 2-3 weeks during holidays. If something comes up and you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible; we can sometimes ship next day, and cannot cancel an already shipped order. If you aren't satisfied with your product, please send it back ASAP, and we can either remake it to your specifications, or send you a refund of your payment (minus shipping.) *Please note that refunds are not issued on items which are delayed by the US Postal Service or international customs. I have no control over a package once it is shipped.* Refunds/remakes will not be issued until we have confirmation of return (such as a tracking number.) We want to make sure you get just what you wanted, and we are happy to work with you!
Please note there are no refunds or returns on sale or clearance items.
We do accept Paypal and multiple credit card options. Items must be canceled within 24 hours, as some items are available for shipping immediately.
All items are shipped first class with delivery confirmation. Priority shipping can be requested for an additional fee. Some items are made to order, and can take some time to complete. During the holiday season this can be up to two weeks, sometimes longer. Please wait a week for custom orders before inquiring as of the status. I no longer have control of a package once it is shipped, and I am not responsible for any delays within the US Postal Service. Items purchased during the holiday season are always subject to delays within the postal service. Refunds are not issued on items that are delayed by USPS. Buyer is responsible for any further customs fees on international shipping. As noted on the CBP website; "As a rule, a purchase price that includes shipping and handling does not include duty or any costs associated with clearing the goods through CBP. First time importers are often surprised by bills they receive for duty, U.S. Customs and Border Protection merchandise processing fee, and something referred to as "customs fees," which are actually charges for the services of the broker who cleared your goods through CBP."

Custom orders are most welcome! Please send me an email detailing what you are looking for, and I will give you a price and a time line, and set up a specific listing for your item. We do offer wholesale prices at great discounts for retailers. Please email for specific details!
Please note that custom orders during the holiday season take longer to process. I do have a cut-off date for custom orders during the holiday season to ensure all items are shipped by my stated date. Orders can be placed after this date.*** Holiday Shipping dates: Dec 1st is the cutoff date for INTERNATIONAL Orders, Dec 12th is the cutoff date for DOMESTIC orders.*** Orders places after these dates cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays, though I will do my best. There are delays within the postal service this time of year, I am not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service.
