Returns and exchanges
If for any reason the buyer wants to return an item, the buyer must contact PopArtMosaics within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The item must be returned in the original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, including insurance. Refund will be for the purchase price of the item only and is issued when the item is returned in the good condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The item(s) must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt of the order.
PayPal is the preferred method of payment, but money order payments are also accepted. By using a Paypal account, payment can be made with a credit card, instant transfer, or e-check, but bear in mind that payment via e-check will cause delays as the funds have to clear.

Payment is expected when orders are placed.
All items are shipped insured for the full value of the item. That way if it is lost or damaged in transit, a full refund will be made. Combined shipping rates may be requested on multiple items, before the purchase is made. Combined shipping will include the cost of insuring the full value of all items. Not all items will be eligible for combined shipping rates. For information on combined shipping on specific items, please use the Contact the seller links to start a Conversation.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders are welcome. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed-upon purchase price is required before any work on the piece can begin. Price is determined by three factors:

1) Size and complexity of the piece
2) Cost and availability of materials
3) Cost of shipping and insurance

Custom orders may take several weeks or longer to complete.
