5 out of 5 starsThe acrylic is very durable. I accidentally dropped it on the hardwood and thought it would shatter but it survived and unscratched (thank goodness). I'm really happy with my purchase. I was surprised that it came in an AMAZON PRIME used bubble wrap BUT I guess the reused packaging does help with the more-waste-to-the-environment cause. BOTTOM LINE: I LOVE MY PRODUCT RECEIVED.

Can I exchange my item for a different one?
Yes, you may, however you will need to cover the return shipping costs. Please choose a mailing method with registered shipping and give me a tracking number so that the package won't get lost on the way back.

I don't want this item anymore. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, I don't accept refunds if you change your mind after I've already mailed the item. Please contact me right away if you want to cancel your order, once it's been shipped the transaction is final.
My order didn't arrive or it came broken.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me through my social media or email and we can discuss arrangements for a replacement. The customer may be responsible for paying additional shipping costs of replacement items depending on the situation.
Once a package leaves my hands it is completely the post office’s responsibility to deliver it. I will not be held liable for lost packages or packages damaged in transit. Please be aware of this before placing an order. That being said, if your package does go missing, please wait about 1 week after the estimated arrival date to contact me. I cannot be held responsible and may request that you repay shipping, but I will try my best to get replacement items to you.
When will you ship my order?
I am just one person running this shop alone so it may take me some time to ship your order out. Please wait 1 week before contacting me about the status of your shipment. It is possible that it can take me up to 2 weeks depending on my schedule but typically I am able to ship within one week or less. If I am away on vacation, orders placed during that time will not be shipped until I return.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipments, the best way to get in contact with me is via my social media, particularly my Instagram.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on the location and time of year. International orders WILL NOT come with reliable tracking unless upgraded to a more expensive and secure shipping method. International orders can take up to a few months to arrive depending on the country.
It is highly recommended to use USPS Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International shipping for international orders outside of North America as I will not be held liable for lost packages. Should you choose First Class International Mail to ship your order, you accept all responsibility for your item arriving lost or damaged.
How will my order be shipped?
Domestic orders are all shipped via First Class Mail. Larger orders may be shipped via Priority Mail, but this is not guaranteed. I ship most international orders via First Class International Mail so I can provide the cheapest price possible for shipping. That being said, tracking may be limited or not always available for international orders. If you would like a faster and more secure shipping method for international orders you may choose a more expensive shipping option by leaving me a note when checking out.
Why did I get charged to receive my package?
Please note that there may be customs fees for international orders! I pay for a customs form in full before shipping international orders out, but some countries still tax packages before they are able to be delivered. I do not know international taxation policies so the customer will be responsible for any unforeseen taxes or customs fees once the package arrives in their country. If you are concerned about this, please research your respective customs policies.
