We ship daily Mon-Friday. Preprinted coolers and cups with coolers ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Custom and made to order ship according to timeline on listing.

Please note: It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the shipping address provided is correct. Your item will be shipped to the address on your Etsy Invoice only. Please make sure that your Etsy mailing address is correct. Celebr8tions is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address as provided by buyer. Buyer will be responsible for further shipping charges if the address given is incorrect.

You will receive a tracking confirmation via email once your order has shipped. You may also track your package from your online Etsy receipt under purchases. We highly recommend that you track your package for estimated delivery date. Should any delivery issues arise, contact your local PO immediately and give them the tracking number.

All vinyl items are considered custom and are not returnable or refundable.
Should your package return to Celebr8tions due to buyer error, you may request to have the package reshipped at buyer's expense.

If you opt not to have the package returned you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and orignial shipping is will not be refunded.

Celebr8tions is not responsible for packages delivered as confirmed by the USPS but not received by the customer. If this should occur consult your local postal service about opening a claim. Priority mail packages up to $100.00 are automatically insured by USPS.
