All items are carefully examined and we write descriptions as accurately as we could. The color, however, may vary depending on your computer settings.

All items are cleaned and repaired of any minor flaws so it's ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON JEWELRY and SINGLE ITEMS VALUED AT $50 OR MORE. USPS First Class Mail will be used to ship these products which takes 2-7 days to deliver.

We also ship INTERNATIONAL but the shipping rate varies depending on the country. We will reserve the item until a shipping quote is provided to you.

We think green! We package our shipment with old but clean boxes and use old newspapers, magazines and other print ads for stuffing. Please let us know if you prefer a new box.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final and all items are sold as is so please read the descriptions carefully and feel free to ask as many questions as you'd like before purchasing.

Payment

We only accept payments via PayPal. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use it. You will be redirected to the PayPal website and asked for your credit card information.

Immediate payment is expected. If payment has not been made within 48 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the item re-listed. For special circumstances, please send us a message and we'll work something out.

We would gladly hold an item for you but if payment has not been received at the end of 5 days, we will re-list the item.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship items out the following business day after payment has been received and send you an email with the tracking information.

We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON JEWELRY and SINGLE ITEMS VALUED AT $50 OR MORE. USPS First Class Mail will be used to ship these products which takes 2-7 days to deliver.

All other domestic orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery time is about 2-3 days. However, orders during holidays are subject to delay. We will notify you by email.

We also ship INTERNATIONAL but the shipping rate varies depending on the country. We will reserve the item until a shipping quote is provided to you.

We do not offer time-sensitive shipping options so please, no overnight delivery. If you wish to have the package insured, let us know so we could work it out.

Additional policies and FAQs

Measurements are taken with garment lying flat and then doubled. For the best fit, find a piece of clothing that fits you well, lay flat, and then measure just under the armpits (bust), at the smallest part of the waist (waist) and the widest part of the hips (hips) and compare to the measurements indicated.
