Note: Etsy's letter to the buyer confirms a sale; notifies the seller of the sale, and also removes the item/s from the sellers stock on line. It does not confirm that the sale has been finalized. ETSY'S FINAL CHECKOUT PAGE should bring the buyer to the buyer's own PayPal account. If this does not occur, the proper steps were not taken. Until the buyer verifies the purchase in their "own" PayPal account, and PayPal notifies the seller that the purchase has been paid for, the shipment is held. If payment is not received in 48 hours from time of purchase, the sale will be cancelled, item relisted, and negative feedback will be left.

If you are not sure that you completed your order, go to “your Etsy”(first page)and in the upper-left corner click (purchases), find the invoice that is in question; click (view). If there is a extra-large green-check-mark the order was finalized, if there is not, click the PayPal button provided and verify order. PayPal will then send the seller an e-mail confirming the payment, and the order will be shipped.
Shipping
All items are shipped in appropriate packaging and shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated or arranged. If another carrier is preferred, please convo me first and this can be arranged. Note: if expedited shipment is preferred, shipping costs will be altered to cover expenses.

After products leave my hand, I AM NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. If you would like to purchase insurance to ensure your product's safety, convo me and I will Paypal invoice you for an additional $1.50 to cover costs. If you choose not to purchase insurance, understand that broken items are not subject to refund or exchange.

All shipping prices now include delivery confirmation. You will receive an email verifying that your package has been shipped. If you do not receive your package, or if it damaged upon arrival, it is not my fault. You have the option to purchase insurance, and if you do not, that is the risk that YOU take. If I receive negative or neutral feedback for USPS issues, you will receive the same from me for not complying to my clearly stated warnings and policies.

All packages should be received withing 7-21 days, unless otherwise arranged via convo. If you do not receive an item within 21 days, please contact me before contacting administration so that it can be resolved easily.

Due to the large amount of orders, hand-stamped jewelry may take up to 3 or 4 days before shipping. If this is a problem, please contact me PRIOR to ordering.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of your receipt of an item. Between 24 and 72 hours, only exchanges are allowed. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 72 hours of receipt of an item. Returning items to me will be at your own expense and the primary shipping costs will not be refunded.

Sale items and hand-stamped items are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on my part, and then an exchange may be considered.
