If I could I would give Jennifer 10 stars! She wanted to get the look of my daughter right so she asked questions I didn't think of. After I purchased my daughter cut her hair quite a bit and Jennifer didn't mind changing the original description to her new 'do'. Quick responses to my questions. Delivered in time. Arrived with broken glass but that had absolutely nothing to do with the way item was packaged. It was wrapped in a bunch of bubble wrap and had fragile stickers all over. I'd say the currier paid no attention to the fragile stickers. Jennifer quickly and happily mailed out a replacement glass. Frame and personalization are perfect and beautiful! Thank you!!!!😀
