In order to honor our work and best serve you, we have established the following shop policies. Please read these policies before placing an order. Purchasing from our shop indicates your agreement with the policies stated below.

PAYMENT
We accept paypal, credit/debit cards and Etsy gift cards. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns and cancellations, but have time restrictions and some exceptions.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Contact us within: 10 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customers will receive a refund once the art has been received and inspected for damages. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, personalized orders, or digital downloads.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Contact us within: 10 days of delivery

Please send us a message with an image of the damages. Depending on the issue this shop will offer you a partial refund, full refund, or will send a replacement item.

MISSING IN MAIL:
If your art was sent with tracking information, this shop does not offer refunds for lost packages. Please contact USPS customer service or your local USPS office to resolve this issue.
As long as the art purchased was not a custom piece, this shop is willing to resend a new item as long as you submit a missing mail search request through USPS and claim. I new print will be sent once I have received a screenshot or proof of submission of a claim.

SHIPPING METHOD:
Artwork is shipped using USPS first class mail. Notification will be sent to your account when your parcel has been shipped. Orders are shipped between 3-5 business days after your payment has been processed, unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers.
PACKAGING:
Artwork is packaged in an envelope with rigid cardboard reinforcement or a rigid cardboard mailer, depending on quantity.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
If you decide to purchase multiple art pieces from our shop, all will be posted together in the same mailer. If multiple art pieces are placed among several separate orders, they will be shipped together as long as the original order has not yet been shipped.
COST
Cost will vary on the size of the purchase. Customers will only be charged once for shipping if they order multiple orders unless they would like items to be mailed separately. Cost will be based on the larges item purchased. SHIPPING WILL BE FREE ON ORDERS OVER $35!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS
Because of the variation of computer monitor displays, the colors you see on your computer may vary slightly from the actual item. However the artwork is always more beautiful in person!

We maintain copyright on all our work. You may not reproduce or use our originals for reprint or resale without our permission. This includes custom orders. For all custom orders we have the right to create prints of the custom pieces, unless requested by customer and for an additional price.
