Fox Creek Woodcraft ~ Established in 2009

Hello and Welcome to Fox Creek Woodcraft!

This store opened when Paula, a single mother of 3, needed more income. She started making banners and children's party supplies. Then came the idea of the wood cake stand. She wanted one herself so she had her dad cut one and sold it the first week it was listed. Soon she was recruiting any man that would help her cut wood. Paula saw Tex run a chainsaw and knew he was the one for her (and a lot of other reasons). In the fall of 2011, they were married and business continued to grow and flourish. Now, many years later, the family of 5 lives in a little house in the woods of Colorado with a black lab named Buster and many chickens.

We are so blessed to be a part of this Etsy community!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not 100% satisfied, an exchange or full refund minus shipping and handling will be considered after we view pictures and/or the item is returned to us. Refunds must be submitted within 14 days to be considered. Thank you!
Payment
Postscripts accepts Paypal and all major Credit Cards. There will be a $10 cancellation fee for all cake stand orders to cover fees and in respect of the shop owner's time.
Shipping
We ship our wood orders using UPS and our paperie and party decor USPS. If you would like to expedite your order or add insurance to your package, additional payment is required. We will ship internationally! Additional payment will be needed. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR QUOTE. We are not responsible once the package leaves our care.

We are a family run business and choose to not work on the weekends. Thank you for your patience and messages will be answered as soon as we can get to them. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours, you are welcome to send another kind note requesting a reply. We appreciate your understanding and your business!
