Posy equals quality vintage comfort home goods.

Posy aims to be a resource for quality, personal, and purposeful vintage goods. There are items you will always find in our shop, such as kitchen goods, books, linens, and intriguing tchotchkes as well as those fun pieces we just can't walk away from (Horoscope machine?! Why not?!). Posy is not a hobby; it's a cherished small business that offers folks a chance to shop outside the (big) box.

Laura, owner of Posy, hunts all over the south and midwest to bring back the best vintage finds she can get her hands on. She's a big fan of miles-long yard sales, estate sales and even a heart-thumping auction or two. Let her do the dirty work and you get the fun job of picking out that next favorite piece!

Posy sells mostly vintage goods, but also splashes in some handmade embroidery (using vintage designs) or small refinished projects. You can find Posy on Etsy, as well as local and regional markets. Returns and exchange details
Should a refund be necessary, as decided upon by both buyer and seller, it will be for the item price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In most cases, items must be photographed and/or returned (at the buyer's expense) in order for a refund to be processed.

Please don't hesitate to contact us for any reason before making your purchase. We put a lot of love into our products, and we want you to be happy.
Please make payment within 3 days. If you need more time, just contact me and I’ll try to work something out. If I don't hear from you within 5 days of your purchase, I’ll relist the item.

Orders shipping to NC will include sales tax. Etsy now collects sales tax on orders shipped to Iowa, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Washington State, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
Posy uses USPS to ship all of our items. I will gladly ship international; please contact us with your postal code for an accurate shipping cost. You will receive an email from Posy with your shipping information and tracking number once your item is en route. If you would like insurance and want to make sure it's included, please let me know before you purchase your item(s) and I’ll refigure the cost.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I pack all my items with the utmost care, but once the package leaves the US, I am not responsible for it. It is up to the buyer to retrieve it in their home country. Buyer also responsible for any import fees (these charges are separate from your purchase from Posy).

Overpaid postage: I do my best to calculate shipping charges accurately. If you've overpaid postage by $1 or more, I will refund you the difference through whatever method you've used to complete your purchase.

Once payment is received, orders will ship within 1-3 business days unless we’re in touch to say otherwise.

Finally, we try very hard to be conscious of our packaging materials, using post recycled boxes and envelopes as well as reusing bubble wrap and foam peanuts. We buy our packing peanuts from the Durham Scrap Exchange. We hope you'll continue the eco-friendly wave and reuse the materials you receive from us. Thanks!

All items from Posy are vintage or handmade, which makes them unique items with character. This should be considered before purchase. I do my very best to describe any irregularities or blemishes in each item description and include pictures to show these as well. Vintage is not the place for perfection, so please keep that in mind with your purchase.
