RETURNS ACCEPTED-Plant stands, holders, pots & moss products. Pls inform us within 7 days of receipt of the item with any issues. BUYER PAYS the return shipping cost. The refund is the order amount MINUS the shipping cost to you. Please ensure item is returned in its original condition. If item returns to us broken or damaged, no refund or partial refund will be issued.

Preserved moss is live moss that has been harvested and put through a preservation process to retain its softness and natural beauty. It does not require any maintenance, no watering is needed. For indoor use only. Avoid direct sunlight, heat vents and water.

Do not use distilled or filtered water. If you have access to rain water or creek water, air plants will love you for that. It has plenty of the minerals and nutrients that they need. Aquarium water works great too. Most people use tap water, which is totally fine for air plants. If you put the water out 24 hours before soaking the plants, that will allow chlorine to evaporate from the water especially if your water is highly chlorinated. Chlorine can turn the tips of the leaves brown.

The white fuzzy stuff is actually called trichomes. Trichome is derived from a Greek word which means 'to cover with hair'.
Trichomes are small hairs on the leaves of the air plants which help them absorb water, airborne minerals, and help them regulate their temperature. They are important since air plants do not grow in soil and have traditional root systems. Trichomes can absorb moisture directly from the air, even without the plant having to get damped by rain, mist, or morning dew.
The trichomes actually serve a purpose. Some air plants have more trichomes than others. So it's not unusual at all.

You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.

Packages weighing less than 16 ounces would go via USPS First Class. Packages over 1 lb will go via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground service. Please note that production time does not include the shipping time to get the product to you. Refer to individual product listings for the production time required. We try our best to get things produced and shipped out asap. If you need to expedite your shipping, please message us.

Germany's Packaging Act "VerpackG" imposes requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As a consumer, please ensure that all received packaging is separated, reused and/or disposed of in the right recycling containers, at home or locally.

We do ship outside the US for most of our items except air plants. If you are interested in an item (besides air plants) that we don't currently ship overseas, let us know and we can give you a shipping quote. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct. Any wrong address given will be the buyer's responsibility. Please factor in a longer time for shipping since this is an overseas shipment. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, duties or other customs fees that may apply in their own country. And we have no control over any possible delays due to customs. All prices on our site are in US dollars.

Providing an accurate shipping address is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, buyer would have to pay for the shipping charge to have it delivered again.

Packages can be mishandled and the content can be broken during transit. We hope this does not happen, but if it does we want to make it right for you. We will issue a replacement or a refund for the broken item. Please send us a picture of the broken pot plus the packing materials around it. We do report this to the carrier involved in the shipping so please do not dispose of them until the case is over. Thank you!
