How do I contact you?

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
What are the care instructions for the pillows?
Our pillows are easy to maintain and can be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth to remove any stains. For a more thorough cleaning, they can be safely and easily machine washed at or below 30C (86F), but be sure to wash them separately. Please do not iron, bleach, or tumble dry the pillows to maintain their quality and longevity.
