Welcome to Potters Touch of Glaze! All of my peices are handthrown and painted or dipped by me in my home studio. I am married and have four wonderful children who also enjoy pottery. I live in Eastvale, Califoria. I have been doing pottery since highschool. All of my pottery is high fired in my electric kiln and thrown on my electric wheel. My glazes that I use are safe for the enviroment and are non-toxic, so your family and friends will definetly enjoy using them. I hope you, your family, and your friends will enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.

Payment
I gladly except payment through paypal, checks, and money order. If you are using checks or are paying by money order I will hold your purchase until the check has been cleared by the bank, or until we have recieved your money order. Then as soon as it clears I will mail it out. :)
Shipping
All pottery is packed safely using bubble wrap and peanuts to ensure a safe delivery to you.

If for some reason you live close to me convo me so we can set up a meeting place and then we can take off the shipping.

Most of my items that I ship are by usps priority mail and usually will get to you within a week that way. I ship internationally just convo me first so that I can calculate the shiping cost. Due to the high cost of shipping I will always try my best to ship the least expensive way.
Refunds and Exchanges
If not satisfied with your order please convo me so we can talk about it and try to fix it first and if your still not satisfied the I will be glad to refund your money for the item only. If its beacause of the way the glaze turned out than I would be glad to make a new one for you. Please remember because of the high cost of shipping you will have to pay to have the item sent back to me
Additional policies and FAQs
Keep in mind that when it's hand thrown on the wheel that each piece is unique and has it's own personalitie and might have minor inperfectoins.

If you would like me to make an item in a different color, or put in a special order please convo me and I will be glad to get in touch with you.

When you place a special order I then get started on it. It takes a couple weeks with pottery due to the process it takes. First I have to make the piece then let it dry for 2 or more days depending on the weather,Secound I have to do a bisque fire and then a glaze fire before sending it out so make sure you keep this in mind when planning a gift.
Thanks,
Kim
