Avoid contact with liquids, water and pefumes.

Remove your jewellery before going to bed.

Keep all your jewellery separate, keep gold with gold, silver with silver, stainless steel with stainless steel and so on to help your jewellery keep its shine.

Sterling Silver items can be cleaned using a specialist Silver cleaner or cloth. However do not immerse in a liquid cleaner.

For extra protection store your jewellery separately in a fabric pouch/ box.

When cleaning your jewellery use a soft slighty damp cloth, and mild detergent. Remember to dry thoroughly. Follow the grain of the jewellery to avoid tiny scratches.

Unfortunately I do not currently offer wholesale goods.

Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver newsletters (but very rarely send them, if any).For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time.

Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

When someone visits my Etsy shop or website I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to my shop and website and how you have found me. This information is only processed in a way which doesn’t identify anyone. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my shop or website.

My website (pouss.co.uk) and Etsy shop places cookies, which are small data files, on your computer or handheld device. This is standard practice for all websites.
Cookies are essential for helping to deliver a high quality website and online shopping experience for my customers, and some collect information about browsing and buying behaviour.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services.
