Many brides are concerned about parcel deliveries right now due to what is happening in the world at this time. I wanted to assure you that I am having no issues with my production times and I am shipping out on schedule. However because of the combination of Covid-19 and heavier volumes of mail the postal services have warned us transit times could be delayed.

USA orders are shipped out of Blaine Washington for FIRST CLASS or PRIORITY shipping, so they will not have border & Customs delays and they will have no customs or duty fees upon delivery. EXPRESS shipments to the USA are shipped by Canada Post out of Vancouver BC. All orders shipped to customers in Canada are shipped from Vancouver, BC. All packages shipped out will have tracking & insurance while in transit to Canada and the US. Most International deliveries will have tracking & insurance with the exception of some overseas countries which the postal services will not offer tracking or insurance on.

Overseas deliveries may have longer delivery times and we may temporarily not be able to ship to some countries at this time due to covid-19 restrictions and limited transport in to those countries. I am unable to give delivery estimates for International deliveries at this time. If you are ordering from a International country outside of Canada and the USA please feel free to inquire first before purchasing to see if your country is on the no ship list, otherwise you will be informed after you purchase if shipping to your country is restricted. If there are any changes to this, I will update it in my announcement section here. All International shipments require the buyer's telephone number on the shipping label, if you are purchasing from outside of Canada or the US please leave your telephone number at checkout.

Hair Adornments & Accessories for the Bride

I've been in the bridal business for about 30 years now after studying fashion design in college. I've done it all, from designing and sewing wedding gowns, designing accessories to handcrafting bridal jewelry. I have literally worked with many thousands of brides during my career in bridal, and still find it exciting to work with each new bride.

I have a love for beautiful fabrics, fine bridal laces, Swarovski crystal, freshwater pearls, vintage jewelry, handmade flowers and gorgeous premium quality feathers which you will find incorporated into many of my designs. I also have a keen interest in the history of bridal fashions and future bridal trends.

Frequently asked questions
When will my order Ship?

Orders ship out within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. Each individual listing will show the production time needed for that particular piece.
I ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday only and do not ship out on Statutory holidays. My goal is always to get an order out as soon as possible and it may even ship out the same day.

Do orders come with tracking and insurance?

Orders to Canada and the USA come with tracking & insurance. Shipping to most other countries includes tracking & insurance, but there are some countries that we can not get tracking or insurance on shipments. We will notify you if it can not be tracked or insured to see if you want to proceed at your risk. Insurance only covers the package while it is in transit for loss or damage, it does not cover for theft after the package is delivered to the address you provided. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that it is being delivered to a secure safe place, as we are not responsible for theft after package is delivered.

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order for up to 4 hours after placing your order for any reason. If you want to cancel an order after the initial 4 hours and production has not started on the order, I'd be happy to cancel it for you. After production has started or it has been shipped it can not be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind after an order has been shipped and received. We ensure that items listed are described to the best of our ability and that what you receive will be as described and pictured. Please make sure you read the full listing details for colors & sizes and view all images. Please take note that colors may vary between computer screens. Feel free to ask as many questions as you need to make sure the item is right for you, I'm always happy to help.

If an order arrives damaged or has an error, a return can be made for a full refund. We must be notified within 5 days of delivery for you to receive a return authorization, a photo will be required. For the EU you have 14 days by law

Can I guarantee delivery times?

Unfortunately at this time I can not guarantee delivery times, no one can. The shipping companies are not providing us with guaranteed delivery times, so it would be impossible for me to do so. I do guarantee I will ship your order out within the posted shipping date on your order. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused some uncertainty within the postal & shipping industry. So far I have not experienced any length delays and all has gone very smoothly since this pandemic started, but I have heard of other sellers not having not such good experiences with delivery times, so I would recommend allowing extra time for delivery. If you have concerns, please feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to provide all current information I have.

Where do you ship from?

To Canada - I ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada
To United States - I ship out of Blaine, Washington USA
To International Countries - I ship out of Vancouver, BC, Canada

I live in a community 10 minutes from the US/Canada border, so I am able to ship to my USA customers from Washington State by USPS. This allows faster and cheaper shipping for my customers and no Customs duty will be charged on any order under $800. There also will be no Customs delays on any orders delivered to the US.

A wrong shipping address was provided by customer.

We are not responsible when a wrong shipping address is provided by the customer. If the package is not deliverable, it will hopefully be returned to us by the postal services and we will contact you for further instructions. All shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer including the original shipping, return shipping and reshipping. The cost we had to pay to ship it out even if it was free shipping will have to be reimbursed back to us by the customer if both parties decide to terminate the order.

If it was delivered to the address provided by the customer and the residents there did not return the package to the postal services, there is really nothing we can do in this case to retrieve it back.

Shipping returns on damaged items?

Once a return authorization is approved for a damaged item, the return must be shipped out in the original packaging and post marked within 5 business days to the address provided in the written authorization. Item must not of been worn or tried on. If it is coming from outside of Canada it must be clearly marked as a "RETURN" on the Customs form. Failure to do so will have any Customs or Duties fees charged to me deducted off of the refund. ***Please note that we do NOT accept any returns delivered by Courier companies, including UPS, FedEx and DHL.***
