Laser cut and engraved products, made in America, excellent craftmanship, and creative designs.

Pinpoint was founded in 2013 by husband and wife team Bill and Sofia Sayer. Together we run three laser cutting specialty businesses: Pinpoint Creative Studio (for general laser cutting and engraving), Sofia Invitations and Prints (for laser cut wedding stationery), and The Gilded Line (for laser cut event and home decor). Each shop can be found on Etsy.
Sofia and Bill both hold degrees in art from the prestigious colleges: Rhode Island School of Design, The New School, Pratt, and Academy of Art University. Together they bring a vast amount of knowledge to the design process.
We take pride in the fact that we design and produce everything in our small U.S. shop. There are many shops on Etsy that are actually foreign (mostly Chinese) laser cutting plants dishonestly selling on Etsy. If the price looks too good to be true it almost always is! We ensure clear communication and do our best to give you a quality product. Feel good knowing that your purchase supports the US economy as well as our small family and those that we hire in the community of Greenville, South Carolina.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
For non defective items, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging with a note indicating the reason for the return within 30 days of shipment from Pinpoint Creative Studio, LLC.
A full refund, excluding additional shipping charges incurred, will be refunded to you via Etsy's payment channels.
For damaged items or incorrectly produced custom items, please use Etsy's email services to attach a clear, undoctored, high resolution photo of the item in question, along with any comments, to our shop (Ppointcreates). You can also send your images and comments to info [!at] ppointcreates.com
If the item is proven to be defective, Pinpoint Creative Studio will issue a full refund or exchange the item free of charge and shipping fees within 30 days.
Pinpoint Creative Studio's policy for payment required that we receive payment before orders are processed. For wholesale orders with first time customers, a 50% down payment is required before the production of items. Full payment is due upon the date of shipment.
Pinpoint Creative Studio ships via Fed Ex. They provide us with the best rates and safest shipping. We ship to the entire world. You will received a tracking number when your item is shipped. If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us or Fed Ex. If you item is damaged upon receiving it, please take pictures and send them to us within 3 business days so that we can file a claim with fed ex, and work to refund your money and/or make you a new item if needed.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom laser orders are priced according to the estimated time it takes an order to be cut or engraved on the laser. Laser time is priced at $2 per minute. The total price of custom jobs is the cutting time plus materials and time time required to construct a given item. For more details on custom orders please contact us.
