Announcement    Welcome to Zaniya Essentials!

I started this shop as a sewing outlet for my addiction to cute fabrics and now I have gravitated to my passion of all natural body care products: which include essential oils and herbs. All of my herbs are wild harvested, no pesticides, when I can find them in the wild, or ordered from a reliable source online. I still carry my passion for sewing and love to combine the two into herbal infused heat packs. I encourage questions and/or comments to improve my services to you!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

♥ It is important to me that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me so I can try to resolve any issues.

♥ If you would like to exchange your order, simply send it back in it's original condition within 1 week of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned. Please contact me before sending item back. Any opened containers will not be accepted as a return.

♥ I believe in my abilities to produce excellent quality products that will last as long as you need them. Keeping mind that I cut & sew each product myself and not a machine, if you find a defect after a few weeks of purchase please contact me to resolve the issue.
