About

When collecting and crafting becomes more than just a hobby!

I was adopted from South Korea when I was 6 months old and raised by an American family in Western NY. I've lived and travelled many places yet the history and whereabouts of my biological family is still a mystery to me. My adopted family and all of the friends I've made along the way are my "real" family. I strongly believe that regardless of where you came from, or even how you ended up where you're at, life is simply what you make of it every day. I believe in humanity and that we as humans, have the power and potential to create and share so much brilliance.

I am especially interested in preserving and expanding the great hobby of philately, vintage ephemera and sharing this knowledge with others. There are many others selling similar items on etsy but what makes my shop and what I do unique is that I have been collecting postage stamps since I was a child and I continue to be very active in the philatelic community. I'm not just selling vintage ephemera to make a profit. I want to share the historical significance of every item in my shop. I want my customers to understand that they are really buying items that can truly be treasured. I put great effort into providing a detailed history of each unique listing in my shop. Most listings are one of a kind and each listing is personally curated and inspected by me on a daily basis.

Here in my shop, not only can you travel around the world with me by investigating the history of a postage stamp, you can use all my vintage ephemera, supplies and handmade items to create something special with your own style. I can recreate an ancient symmetrical pattern with my crochet hook and a ball of yarn that serves as a token of friendship or useful item. You can find the perfectly preserved vintage ephemeral gift for a friend or relative. You can flip through my virtual vintage wardrobe and collectibles and find stunning pieces to add to your own collection.

I am perpetually in search of the unknown. Finding, creating, restoring, preserving and sharing unique pieces and creations is my specialty. It gives me real purpose and the greatest sense of pride to find or make something really special.

This shop is the culmination of turning my crafty, artistic and curious dreams into a reality and way of life.

Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any questions or comments about anything. I am a one woman shop, working out of a small cottage. I'm generally available around the clock, 365 days/year! In the event that I am ever travelling, an announcement will be posted on the front page and profile of my shop.

Most of the items featured are limited edition and/or one of a kind. Many of them come from my long coveted personal collection. All stamps sets are one of a kind unique selections. You will receive exactly what is featured in the photos unless otherwise noted.

Purchases can be gift wrapped with tissue paper and ribbon upon your request. If you require a personal message printed on a gift tag or seasonal wrap I can easily do this for you upon your request.

All purchases are shipped in sturdy packaging. Each stamp set comes in its own water resistant stamp collector's envelope. All stamps are mailed with firm cardboard backing so the stamps are not damaged in transit.
