Shoes are comfortable. I asked for a custom order (as shown in the photo) but without the platform and in a sapphire blue for my wedding. The blue wasn't as dark as I wanted but the seller informed me this may happen since I sent her the shade online and depending on which computer screen you're looking at, colors may vary. Shipping took a couple months since it was custom made to order. Overall the shoes were nice but I didn't get the wow factor I was hoping for since it was for my wedding lol but that's just me ;-)

Custom listings will be posted for 48 hours. If the items are not purchased within this time frame, the custom listing will be removed and the items relisted.
All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service. Smaller items will be shipped via First Class, and larger items will be shipped via Parcel Post method in order to keep costs down for my customers. I reserve the right to use the shipping method that will incur the least expense for the customer.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. My policy is to ship orders within 72 business hours of receipt of payment. However, most orders are processed and posted the same day. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

I ship worldwide, however, I reserve the right not to ship to countries where there is a high rate of postal theft or non-delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
For this reason, I do not offer refunds if you change your mind, however I would be glad to offer a replacement if an item is faulty or damaged.
While I understand a full refund policy gives people the confidence to buy a product, I also know that people like to buy items that are in new condition and meet strict hygiene standards.
