I understand that life happens beyond our control sometimes, but communication is important to have with your customers. It might not be a bad idea to reevaluate you processing times if you can not keep up with them." The above review was originally written with 4 stars, but I decided to change it based on the recent convo sent to me from the seller. She told me it was not appropriate to tell her how to run her business. All I suggested with a reevaluation of times, as two of my items were not shipped as they claimed they were going to. I HAD TO CONTACT THE SELLER TO SEE WHERE MY ITEMS WERE. Communication from the seller just was not there.

Sadly, this transaction did not go well and I take total responsibility. When I agreed to a special listing (with 35% discount), I expected payment quickly. Instead, there was no communication from the buyer for 2 days before the listing was purchased. As my policy states, I don’t start an order until payment is received, so the timetable I had agreed to was no longer feasible. Instead of shipping Thursday, it shipped Friday. Yes, I should have communicated the likelihood of a delay sooner, but the same circumstances that made the original timetable unfeasible kept me from my computer. I have since thanked the buyer for her patience and assessment of my business practices. Going forward, I will apply what I have learned and be even more dedicated to providing the customer service my buyers deserve.
