When will my order ship?
In response to extreme demand, we will be fulfilling packages according to their order number. We are moving as quickly as we can to manufacture, package, and send out every single order. Orders placed through our regular Etsy shop will take 3-7 business days from the date that the order is placed. All custom orders will take up to two weeks at this time. Thank you for your patience and helping us make this possible.

Why isn’t my sneeze guard clear?
There is a protective film on the front and back of all acrylic pieces. The protective film is either blue or white film, or brown Kraft paper. The film will likely have frayed edges. The fraying is due to the cutting process and is supposed to be there. Before removing the protective film, wear latex/nitrile gloves to prevent fingerprints and smudges on the acrylic. Remove the protective film from the acrylic shield and the legs. These instructions are written on the instructional sheet that we provide with each order that we ship.
What products can I use to clean the acrylic?
Clean the acrylic of any dust or fingerprints using a clean microfiber towel and water, or a non-abrasive cleaner, such as baby shampoo or a speciality acrylic cleaning product ONLY. Do NOT use window cleaning fluids with ammonia, such as Windex or Formula 409, gasoline, alcohol (hand sanitizer), Clorox, bleach or acetone, as they will cause cracks in the acrylic. We only recommend using clean microfiber towels/cloths, as other materials, including paper towels, can scratch and damage the surface permanently. These instructions are written on the instructional sheet that we provide with each order that we ship.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes, we do. The current lead time is up to two weeks. Please send us a message for more information.
What should I do if my sneeze guard arrived damaged?
Please send us a message describing the damage. Additionally, please send us two photos: one photo that shows a close-up shot of the damage and a second photo that shows a wide shot of the entire sneeze guard with the damage. As soon as we receive your photos, we will work on sending a replacement sneeze guard.
