Shop Closed every THURSDAY-SUNDAY for family time and to get caught up on all your convos and shipping out all current orders as quickly as possible!!!! i am working dilligently on answering all the questions and filling all of the orders!!!!! Please be patient as i am getting to each of the convos as quickly as i can....there are hundreds of them!!!

PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING!!!
I am one person; a mom, wife, daughter, sister, etc...I work very hard to TRY to balance work and family...IF you convo me a question, PLEASE allow me 24-36 hours to respond to all of the hundreds of emails I receive on a daily basis! I am working hard to get back to each and every one of you as quickly as I can!!!

HOW QUICKLY CAN I RECEIVE AN ORDER:
ALL ORDERS are CUSTOM MADE:
they take time to not only process, create/design but also to produce, then to box up, and lastly to ship!!
PLEASE NOTE that ALL ITEMS are 1 WEEK production time PLUS SHIPPING!!!!!
Rush orders are NOT available at this time.
It will be 10-14 business days starting October 1st!!!

LASTLY...SHIPPING CHARGES:
I do not profit from the shipping costs. I ship USPS and sometimes UPS depending on the order and it is determined by the weight and the size of the package...not by me! I have always been under the actual shipping costs but will be raising them as it is just costing me too much more than I have been charging!

RETURNS:
All products are custom made. They may include some imperfections. Personalized items may MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your approval. If your order required a PROOF, once your order has been proofed and returned you will receive an invoice/listing. Your order is then processed and shipped to you.

PROOFS: I am more than happy to send proofs for your custom order! HOWEVER this takes time! I am unable to go back and forth changing/and or adding things to a proof without charges.
You may receive your 1st 3 PROOFS FREE, after that there will be a $3.00 charge per change. I HATE to do this but proofs are time consuming and I am not able to sit on computer and make adjustments all day and fill all the other orders that are flowing in from my retail stores, wholesale accounts, emails and etsy!!!
