I would not recommend this seller as she does not communicate or ship per her store policies. The day after I was supposed to receive my digital I emailed her asking where it was. No response until 2 days later after I opened a case on her. Once she did send it the digital was as per the listing. There are other reviewers with the same issue...beware.
I'm a work-at-home mom and love what I do. I've been working with graphics for quite some time now. I pour my heart and soul into my business and every order that I complete. I hope to make something special for your next event :)
Printables are really easy to use. Once you place your order, I will email the file(s) to you via your Etsy email. You simply save the file to your computer, as you would any photo, and you're all set to print from home, or upload to any photo lab such as Office Max, Walgreens, Staples etc.

Weekends: Occasionally (family time)
Holidays: Family time
Orders submitted over the weekend may not be processed until Monday (depending on the volume of orders received over the weekend) in the order they were received. Not having all info ready at time of purchase will delay the processing of your order
Orders submitted over a holiday will be processed the following business day.
Accepted payment methods
Please note that orders made via PayPal with an E-Check typically take longer as payment clears 3-5 days after an order is purchased. Receipt of cleared payment is required before any design work begins or before any orders are sent via email.

Due to the huge volume of emails and orders received daily, I will not be able to answer inquiries as to the status of your order as that will only delay my ability to process orders timely. Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings. PrettiestLil Things is not responsible for the resulting color variations. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be no refunds and no design color changes if you do not like the colors when printed. PLEASE BE SURE to print a copy of the sample in the listing before purchasing if color matches are extremely important to you.
All of my files are copyrighted and are for personal use only. Mass production, file sharing, selling and commercial use of the files is not permitted. All rights reserved.
You are responsible for having the proper software to use and or open files/graphics purchased.
Some of the files are sent in a zipped file.
Please unzip the file!
To send a file as large as the banner file through an email we zip or compress the file. All you have to do is unzip the file and then you can print it. On most computers to unzip a file, "right click" and choose unzip. If that doesn't work, please google how to unzip a file for your type of computer.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PRINTING ISSUES OR FOR TROUBLE UNZIPPING A FILE
Some of the files are sent via dropbox, and you will need to create a dropbox account to access the file.
All of my invitations come in a 5x7 size. Many print stores have a bleed out when you order prints from them. This means that the exact size could be different to fit the printer they are using. I will need to know the bleed dimensions at the time of order so that the design can compensate for the bleed. I will not be responsible for design dimension differences. Make sure to check your proofs before finalizing your order with your printer. There will be an additional charge of $5 if the card has to be re-sized after it is approved and delivered. I do not design images with bleed line border marks.
I rely solely on your approval of the electronic proof as final verification and acceptance of your order. I cannot accept financial responsibility for items approved by you that may be later found in error. While I do offer unlimited revisions within 3 days, I reserve the right to limit them if I feel the requests are excessive or unreasonable.
By emailing me images/photos to be used in a design, you are accepting ownership and all legal responsibilities and rights to reproduce that image. All designs are done in Photoshop and are sent as a JPEG image (a few exceptions are PDF). I am not responsible for grammatical and spelling errors after designs have been sent and accepted by the buyer. I will make any changes necessary before final approval. Any changes made after final approval will result in a $5 change fee.
