If you have questions, special requests or are interested in an item that has sold, don't be bashful - begin a Conversation with me using Etsy's communication feature. I may have the ability to alter an item in terms of color and metal preferences.
A note regarding items fashioned from Vintage materials, copper and brass: It is common for these items to develop a coloration or "patina" over time, which ultimately results in an aged or weathered appearance. In addition, due to their age, any Vintage materials used may have minor imperfections. I prefer to think of the development of patina and the presence of slight imperfections as character and charm!
***The brass earwires used in my designs are lead- and nickel-free.***
Accepted payment methods
There are many helpful resources like this one to assist you in the buying process, but inquiries are always welcome if you require additional information.
Ideally, payment is received via PayPal at the time the buyer clicks on "Commit to Buy." If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to create one, you may submit a credit card payment through PayPal without doing so. Contact me if you have any questions or need help with this.
If payment is not received within 24 hours and no effort has been made to contact me, the sale will be canceled and the item(s) re-posted in the shop. If you are having problems with payment, please notify me via email or Etsy's Conversation feature so we can work something out.

At this time, I am shipping orders to U.S. and Canadian addresses only. My apologies to anyone this may disappoint. International shoppers who are interested in my pieces are invited to communicate their interest; if significant interest is generated, I am open to expanding international shipping.
Within 2 business days of receiving payment I will ship to the address indicated by your Etsy transaction. Please make sure the information you have provided is accurate so that your package arrives in a safe and timely manner.
If you are shipping to an address that is not your own (sending a gift), communicating this to me in the Message to Seller field upon checkout will prevent delays. I would be glad to include a note to the recipient.
I offer a FLAT SHIPPING RATE of $3.50 for both domestic and Canadian orders; this rate is not affected by the number of items you purchase. Delivery Confirmation is included for domestic orders. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class, generally arriving 3 to 7 business days from the ship date. Please note, delivery time to Canadian addresses can be variable. If you require additional shipping services or a shipping upgrade, contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Although losses and damage during shipment are rare, I cannot be responsible for unfortunate events that occur once a package has left my hands.
Shipping does not include insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance for an additional cost, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase so that specific arrangements can be made.
Refunds and Exchanges
