This is always the hardest part to fill in! General information about my store--it's always full of my latest ideas. If I think it, I have to try to create it. Sometimes it's not so successful, but most times I think it is. My philosophy is simple. A happy customer is a repeat customer. I will do whatever I can to make your shopping experience easy and pleasant. I don't believe that the experience ends after you pay for your goes way beyond that.

I am convo friendly, so if you have a question...please ask! Like something you see, but want it in a different color? Just ask!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
When your item(s) arrive and they aren't exactly what you had hoped for, let me know. I will do everything I can to make it right. If that won't work, you can send it back to me within 7 days and I will refund your purchase price when I receive it. The only exception is custom orders and sale items.

Lost Items
While the post office doesn't like to believe this happens, it does! If, after 10 days (a little longer if this was shipped internationally), you have not received your delivery, let me know! I can do one of three things:
1) Give you a full refund
2) If it is an item I can recreate, I will
give you the option of making and sending a
new item to you (I will refund your
shipping charges)
3) If it is a one of a kind item, you have the
option of choosing something similar from
my shop as a replacement. Again, I will
refund your shipping charges.

I accept PayPal.

Please pay within 3 days of purchase. After 1 day, I will send a convo and a paypal invoice. After 3 days, I will send one final email and, if I receive no response, I will cancel the sale and leave appropriate feedback.

I charge 5.5% sales tax to Wisconsin residents only.
I try to ship all my orders out 1-2 days after receiving payment. Sometimes this just isn't possible, but I do ship them as soon as I can.
**Please remember that when using e-checks in PayPal, the transaction doesn't clear for 5-10 business days. I will ship as soon as payment clears**

I use the shipping label option in paypal, so you will be able to track your package(s). If you haven't heard from me in 3 days, please convo me! All finished jewelry items come in a lovely gift box. If you'd like it gift wrapped, let me know! I'll do that for free.

I don't put insurance on the items that I ship. If you would like me to do so, please let me know via a convo before you place your order. It will increase your shipping cost slightly.

I ship everywhere, so no worries on that one! If you want what I'm selling, I'll find a way to get it to you! Please, though, check your local policies/customs before you order if you are at all concerned about receiving finished jewelry.

APO/Military boxes:
I will ship to you! My only caveat is that I cannot be responsible for lost packages or packages that take a long time to get to you. Once it leaves my post office, I cannot guarantee anything. I cannot replace lost items.

A special note regarding international shipments:
I always include complete and correct information on customs forms. All tariffs and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I ship to the address listed on your paypal account. If you would like me to ship to a different address, please notify me using the message to seller on the payment screen.

If you'd like to see something in person, and you live in the Coulee region, let me know! I have some of my designs carried in the Coulee Arts Marketplace, on 1116 Gillette St. La Crosse, WI. They're open Fri-Sun. If you're looking for a specific piece, let me know and I'll be sure that it's there.

All items come from a smoke free environment. Not pet-free, though. If you need it to be from a pet-free environment, let me know! It can be arranged :)

I am always willing to do custom orders (the more challenging the better!) and Alchemy requests. I stand behind my work! If, through normal wear and tear, something happens to your purchase--let me know! You can ship it back to me and I can repair it and return it to you good as new.
