Sweet, Sassy and Sometimes Classy - Paper & Gifts

Pretty by Her was originally opened as a side hustle out of my love and passion for creativity, crafting and art while I worked in the Children's Mental Health field.

In September 2018 I left my day job to take on the adventure of being a full time business owner and haven't looked back.

Pretty by Her specializes in sweet & sassy paper goods, print design and gifts. I have an incredibly strong attention to detail which means that all shop items are carefully designed, prepared and packaged to perfection by me!

Returns and exchange details
Returns: It is important to me to put a smile on your face. If you are unhappy with a purchase that you have made, please contact me so we can figure out a way to make you smile again. Please make this request within 3 business days of receiving your order. Refunds are permitted for the cost of the item but shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders will be refunded once the I receive the original item in it's original condition. Unfortunately custom orders are a final sale.

CANCELLED ORDERS: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. Once I have begun to prepare and package your order, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. One you have received your shipping notification, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping
We try my best to ship out items as quickly as possible (within 1-3 business days after payment is processed).

Orders are sent through regular mail via Canada Post to keep shipping costs low (unless upgraded shipping is selected and purchased at the time of order). This means that your order will not include tracking, guaranteed delivery time or expedited shipping. PLEASE READ OVER THE EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES OUTLINED BELOW, prior to ordering. If you would like to add tracking or to expedite your order, please select the type of shipping you want from the drop down menu when ordering, otherwise your order will be shipped through regular mail.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE HAVE BEEN REPORTED DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO COVID 19.

The following are estimated (not guaranteed) delivery times as advertised through Canada Post.

- Within Ontario – approximately 2-4 business days after shipment
- Within Canada - approximately 4-8 business days after shipment
- to the United States. - approximately 4-10 business days after shipment



Please remember that these are ESTIMATES. Most packages arrive within the estimated arrival time but in some cases they can take longer. Please allow enough time for delivery and possible postal delays if you require the item for a special occasion/date. I unfortunately have no control over delivery once the item has left my hands. If an item arrives beyond the estimated time and you would like a refund, refunds will be issued but not until the item has arrived and is shipped back to me. In very rare circumstances, items are lost in the mail in which case we can work together to find a solution.
