Packaging

As shipping from Canada to the US is expensive compared to domestic mailing rates within the US, I send my jewelry in pretty organza bags rather than jewelry boxes to keep jewelry prices as low as possible as well as shipping costs. The only exception would be some jewelry sets which indicate in the listing that they are sent in a jewelry box.

I do have a limited selection of jewelry boxes so if you would like a box, please ask. Please note that additional shipping will apply.

Shipping Times

The shipping times outlined above are "business days" which do not include weekends & holidays in postal delivery standards even if your country has weekend delivery. Please note that customs delays may happen from time to time, therefore delivery times are not guaranteed. If you would like tracking, please purchase the appropriate upgrade. If you need items by a certain date, please purchase the upgrade to Canada Post Xpresspost / USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking.

Please ensure your address & postal code / zip code on your account are correct which is the usual reason packages go astray.

Returns

I want you to love your jewelry but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, it can be returned in certain circumstances however no returns on clearance items. Please notify within five days of receipt.

Returns by REGULAR MAIL ONLY.

If taxes are due on returned items, they will be returned.

Please note that items must be returned in the original condition. Items will not be refunded if they are received damaged due to poor packaging. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in a saleable condition.

Refunds for amount of item only. Postage, shipping & handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Packages Sent to Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect on your account and sent to the wrong address and does not come back, you will be expected to re-purchase your order if you would like it re-sent. If the item is returned and you would like it re-sent, you will be responsible for the "re-shipping" fee. If an item is sent with tracking and is returned due to an incorrect address, postage is due to return to the sender and due to re-send to the buyer. More than ever, please ensure your address is correct! If you do not want it re-sent, the return postage amount will be deducted from the refund due. If an item has been returned for any reason, you will be contacted. If no response within 2 weeks, it is assumed you do not want the item & no refund will be given.

Duties & Taxes

I am not responsible for any customs fees or duties that are levied on your order. Please check your import limits and restrictions in your particular country as these fees are your responsibility. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

For US customers, there are rarely any custom fees charged.

I will not under-value packages or mark as a "gift" on customs forms as this is against Canadian and international law.

Sale, Custom and Personalized Orders

Items on Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Black Friday - Cyber Monday or any special sales are final.

Three or more orders of the same item is considered a "Custom" order and cannot be returned. I would advise purchasing one item to see if it meets your expectations and then coming back for the remaining items required.

Damaged During Shipping

If you unfortunately received an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive it. Please take a photo and message me with it and I will advise what the course of action should be. In case of minor damage (a crystal falls out), I will give you directions on how to repair it. In the case of major damage, I will either send you a new item or issue you a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Canada Post Xpresspost / USPS Priority Mail

Please note that this upgraded service is "4 business days". Business days do not include weekends and holidays in postal delivery standards even if you receive weekend delivery. The day of mailing does NOT count as a day--the following day is day 1 so if a package is mailed on Monday, you can expect it on Friday, if mailed on Tuesday, you can expect it on Monday, etc. It's possible you may receive it Saturday (if you live in the US and receive Saturday delivery) but it is not guaranteed as Saturday is not considered a "business day". If you have any questions, please ask.

Exchanges

Please return unwanted item as explained in "Returns" section above. Then, place a new order from my store. When your item comes back, you will be issued a refund for item returned.

For my US and international customers, the following are holidays observed in Canada and British Columbia in 2018 and there is no mail service on these dates:
