Accepted payment methods
Cancellation on Pre Made items: We reserve the right to deny cancellations, as the order may have already been shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, or an item within an order, please get in touch and we will try my best to assist where possible.
Cancellation on Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for cancellations under any circumstances.
We currently accept Paypal. Don't have Paypal? You can pay by card through PayPal's guest checkout.
If your order contains a custom order, either in part or as a whole, your order will dispatched in one parcel when the custom order is complete.
Please note that when ordering overseas, you as the customer are responsible for any custom charges/tax and other fees such as handling charges when the order reaches your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Changed your mind? If you would like a refund, you must send the item back to us within 21 days of receiving it, still inside the cellophane packaging. If the packaging seal has been opened, (even if sealed back up) your refund will be rejected, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will be responsible for the charges to return the item to you.
Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is at buyers cost. Pretty Drastic take no responsibility for items lost in the post on their return to myself. If you would like to track the parcel, we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.
Items except from our "Changed Your Mind" policy are earrings, plugs, tunnels, and custom orders of any kind.
Item arrived damaged? If your item has arrived damaged, whether it is pre made or a custom order you may request a refund, providing it is still inside the packaging. You may be required to return the item, and if so the cost of the postage will be paid for by Pretty Drastic. (Excluding jiffy bags, or other packaging.) We will also request a photograph of your damaged item, for our records. Please note all refunds are at the discretion of Pretty Drastic.
Whilst creating our items, we take every precaution in ensuring that our creations are well made. We use silver plated chain, industrial strength glue, and strong jump rings. However, our jewellery is still fashion jewellery, and your care will go a long way into keeping it in good condition. We advise that you keep all pieces out of direct sunlight when in storage (i.e not on a windowsill), and do not immerse in water, or leave in the bathroom. We regret that we are unable to offer a guarantee for items broken whilst in use, however do get in touch if you have lost a charm, or broken a chain as we can usually help for a small fee.

Ear stretching should be done with great care. Pretty Drastic is happy to offer any advice if you have questions regarding stretching, however please do be aware that we are not professionals and we take no responsibility for your stretched ears when using our plugs and tunnels.

Guaranteed Shipping Times (Christmas)
We are still shipping within the UK! Unfortunately however,due to the posting dates, our international shipping has stopped until the New Year.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Here at Pretty Drastic, packaging is important to us. Each order will arrive packaged in candy striped bags, our logo stickers, and tied up with ribbon - all included in the price.
If you are ordering more than one item, your order will be grouped together and packaged as one. You can purchase additional gift wrapping in our shop for just £1 to separate your items. (Price is per packaged bag, not items).
Alternatively, you can purchase our gift boxes - priced at just £2 each.
Looking for wholesale? We are able to sell many of our items wholesale, please get in touch. Please note that everything in our shop is handmade, and wholesale orders will be made to order. We recommend you enquire at least two months in advance so we can offer you the best possible service and price.
International Shipping Prices
We understand that when buying an item, postage and packaging is important when factoring in the price. We do not offer cheap international postage because we want you to have the best possible service from ourselves. We ship ALL international orders recorded, meaning they are tracked and signed (country dependant, some countries will only offer tracked OR signed, for example) because it benefits both us as a business and you as the buyer. If your item gets lost, we can replace it.
The item I has my eye on has sold, can you remake it?

If the item you had hoped to buy has sold, don't worry! The majority of our items are only available in quantities of one or two, but we can usually remake the item.
The wait time for this can vary, so please get in touch. If we have the supplies on site, we can usually remake the item in less than one week. However if we have to order in supplies, this can change the wait time to 2-4 weeks.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes! Custom orders can take between 1-4 weeks, depending on the design and supplies needed. However, we will not be accepting any custom orders until 2017. We cannot accept any custom requests this close to Christmas.
