REFUNDS

Please ask as much questions about the product before you purchase if you are unsure and require further clarification. If the file has not been downloaded we will be glad to offer a refund. However once the files has been downloaded a refund can not be issued. All items have been tested and should work.

If your design hasn't commenced your order can be canceled and refund can be issued. However if it has started there can there is no refund.

What if my filter is not approved?

All Filter should be approved as long as you make sure you upload it on Snapchat for paid events and not Community. https://www.snapchat.com/on-demand

How long does Snapchat need to approve my filter?

Ensure you plan accordingly to allow you enough time to upload your design onto Snapchat. Snapchat requires 24hrs to approve your filter. So make sure you upload it the day before your event.

Design Studio opening hours

Design studio hours are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. For urgent request and weekend designs please enquire on additional cost. All purchases over the weekend will be processed on the earliest business day.
