Welcome to Pretty in Prague 2's policy page! I want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experiences and purchases here, so please read the sections carefully and feel free to ask me any questions you might have. I have been selling vintage since July 2010 on Etsy.com at Pretty in Prague, the sister store. All the same rules apply here as there. The main thing is to communicate! If you are not happy, please speak to me first about finding a resolution before posting negative or neutral feedback.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout through Etsy. The payment must be made within 24 hours of purchasing, or I have the option to cancel the sale. After the item is shipped, there is no possibility of cancellation of this sale.
Shipping
I ship through the Czech Post. All buyers are responsible for shipping and customs charges. Most items ship between 2-5 days after purchase. Custom orders may take longer. All items are sent priority insured.
Refunds and Exchanges
In general, I do not accept returns and issue full refunds.
Late arrival:
As long as I have shipped the item within my published term on the item description, in a private conversation or in my shipping policy(2-5 days after purchase) I am not responsible for how long the postal service takes and make no guarantees. In this case, items cannot be returned.
Damages:
If something arrives damaged, then most likely, insurance will cover it, if the outside of the package is damaged--please check this as soon as you receive it. You must do this before accepting the package. If at all possible, inspect the package in front of the postal worker who hands it to you.
**Photograph the damages and convo me immediately! We will discuss the terms of your return/refund.
If a piece breaks after wearing it, I cannot be responsible--some people have a more robust approach to life and are very active and expect their jewelry to go with them every where! My pieces are made with vintage components and often I use delicate chains, glass components and I do not subject them to such weathering. I do wear them at least once to make sure jump rings are not loose, clasps lock, etc.
General dissatisfaction with piece:
If my description and photos have grossly misrepresented the items, I will accept a return.
If I have agreed to accept a return, the item(s) must be mailed to me at least 1 week after received. Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In most cases the shipping will not be refunded/reimbursed.
