Handmade items are not as perfect as machine made. Minor flaws in stone are not considered defects. Please ask if you have any questions. And again, Vintage items are not perfect due to age.

The normal shipping is within one business day of order, although we make every effort to ship ready made items the same day. If we are making a custom item, completion and shipping will be discussed at that time.

USPS is the preferred shipper. Unless otherwise noted, tracking is added to the price of postage. Packages are not insured unless you convo ahead and we arrange additional postage with insurance included. Of course, for packages shipped outside the US, tracking and insurance is much higher. Unless you request it, these packages will be shipped through USPS without international tracking. It's up to you. Understand that I make every effort for you to have a smooth transaction. However, PrettyKittysCloset cannot be responsible for the acts or timing of the shipping company.

If USPS or the shipper loses or damages your package enroute, and you have not purchased insurance, PrettyKittysCloset is not responsible for refund or replacement. If you want that guarantee, you must purchase insurance.
