1. Q: May I cancel the order?
A: We don't accept any kind of pattern cancellation when orders were placed.
Paypal will charge seller process fee if cancel the order.

2. Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: The time frame is estimated delivery time, we can't guarantee it will 100% the same.
★United States: 9~18 working days( Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska are not in the US mainland, so standard delivery time is not adapt for these 3 states. The delivery time is not guaranteed if select the standard shipping. Thanks)
★United Kingdom: 7~15 working days ( about 10 to 15 working days to arrive after sending out)
★Australia: 10~18 working days
★Canada: 10~20 working days
★European Union : 10~20 working days
★India：Dear customer, all the shipping ways are suspend to send out the parcel to India, pls kindly note the parcel can't be sent. Thank you so much for your understanding.

A: Not all the items has sample available. Pls attach the link or picture to contact us first.
6. Q: Does your products match my projects?
A: If you need our lace to match the project you have.
We suggest you place the sample order first to confirm the color.
If you order directly, we can't guarantee it will match any item you have.
7. Q: Why the seller asked the recipient's phone number?
A: These 16 countries are required to provide phone number.
Shipping company requires it before shipping or it will be held up.
Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Mexico, Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Denmark.
8. Q: What is the proper frequency for the buyer to track the packages status?
A: All the packages will be provided the tracking number and tracking link.
We suggest buyers can track the package twice a week.
If you find package stopped updating status in the sixth week since the first day we sent out, pls send messages to us ASAP so that we can still offer solutions.
If the time frame is more than it, we can't do anything with it.
