I am 27 years old and currently undertaking a PhD at Lancaster University. As part of my PhD, I am spending two years at CERN on the Swiss/French border, sourrounded by mountains and beautiful wild flowers. I am continuing my hobby/passion for hair crowns whilst I am based out at CERN.

I've always been intrigued by floral hair adornments and it seemed a natural choice to channel my creative desires into crafting them, which is where this hobby was borne from. I am very pleased with the way things have gone and hope it continues :-).

Unprofessional and the white headband does not look like the photo and falsely advertised !!!! So disappointed and it was not worth the money and the quality was poor and put together with glue you could see and it was overpriced!! Seriously!!!

Pretending a trail of flowers are left in my wake from my footsteps...

Pretty Little Titch was borne from my heart in the wild. A place where flowers and rugged landscapes sit side by side, and the howling winds come racing through the valleys...

I study physics at university, which means my day is generally filled with numbers and headaches. For me, Pretty Little Titch is a place where my soul can happily dance amongst so many colors and delights.

I believe that flowers are the essence of what is womanly, and never leave the house without something flowery on. After a couple of years of being known as 'hat girl' who always had a flower in her hair, I decided to put that reputation to good use, and now have many flowers in my hair...

Shipping
I will ship to the address that Etsy provide me, so please make sure your shipping address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or misdirected due to incorrect shipping information that I've been given.

My policy is to ship items within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, excluding holidays. If I am away from the shop for more than 2 business days then notice will be placed in my shop in the shop announcement section. Please keep these estimated shipping times in mind when placing an order.

I will ship items usually within 1-2 business days, unless awaiting supplies, or it's a rush order, or I am away (in which case a notice will be placed in my shop announcement).

All items are shipped using the Swiss Post Office. All items are sent either Economy or Priority shipping, depending on the customer's choice at checkout.

I pack and wrap all items safely and securely and cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that occur once a parcel has left my hands, and is then in the care of a mail service (e.g post office/ Royal Mail in the UK).

International customs is something that I have no control over. Items can be held up in customs for several days, so please bear this in mind when placing an order. All customs charges and import duties are paid for by the customer.

I will ship to addresses other than an Etsy address, provided this is given to me in advance in either a message, or in the note to sellers box, or before I've shipped the item. If I've shipped the item and then you message me with a different address then it is too late and I will not be held responsible and refunds will not be given.

If I am away, notice will be placed in the shop, and any orders placed during that time will be shipped within a day or two after I have returned.
Refunds and Exchanges
I follow the DSR regulations. This includes:

1) No refunds on any custom orders. This also includes any standard hair crown which is altered, such as color, size, ribbon change etc.

2) Buyer has 7 days to notify me from date of receipt of items to tell me they want to return the item. For uk customers, 7 days starts 3 business days from DAY item is sent, and for international customers you have 10 business days from day item is sent that I start counting the 7 days. The items must be posted back within the 7 days, regardless of whether you are national or international. Outside this time limit I won't accept returns.

3) I will only issue a refund once the item is returned. Return charges are at the buyers expense unless I sent the wrong item.

4) I MUST be contacted saying you are returning the item before you return it otherwise a refund will not be issued. Please obtain a proof of posting.

5) If the item arrives damaged please contact me and send photos.

6) Once used the item cannot be returned. I will place a tag on all crowns, if this is removed the the item cannot be returned under any circumstance and no refunds will be given. The tag either reads thank you or states that once the tag is removed item cannot be returned.

7) Any item that is marked as a sale item cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. All sale items are final sale.

I try to provide a detailed description of the item(s) for sale, through pictures and words, and every effort is made to provide accurate pictures. However colour may vary due to lighting conditions or the computer monitor you are viewing the items on.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Once your purchase leaves my hands (i.e is now with a postal service), I have no control over processing times, customs procedures, shipping times etc and I will not be held responsible.

Should a parcel (national or international) get returned to me within 60 days of purchase as unclaimed or undeliverable due to customer negligence (such as providing an incorrect address), I will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise minus the shipping fees. Shipping charges are non refundable. I will contact you if your item is returned to me and notify you of the refund and the option to repurchase.
