I love making jewelry that can be worn with both casual and dressy attire. Or the idea of combining several bracelets or necklaces for a unique, fresh look. Many of the chandelier earrings I've made are bold and striking while keeping to the idea of classic, elegant lines. Other pieces, such as pearl bracelets, are designed with simplicity in mind and have a more classic, traditional style.

I have jewelry listings in a variety of materials, colors, lengths and styles. From pearl bracelets to wire wrap necklaces to long elegant chandelier earrings and everything in between.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I want happy customers!. If the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, they can return the item(s) within 5 (five) days of receipt provided the customer sends a convo or email alerting the seller they wish to return the item(s). Once the customer receives a convo or email from the seller, acknowledging the return (usually within one business day), the item(s) can be returned. The item(s) must be in the same good condition as when the item(s) were sent by seller. The refund will be the purchase price minus shipping and insurance; customer pays for return shipping.

Items that have been damaged by customer are non-refundable. If an item is damaged during shipping, a claim will be filed with insurance carrier while the item(s) is in customer's care. Customer is to keep the damaged item and all packaging materials for insurance claim.

Due to USPS delivery issues, if item(s) are not received by buyer, seller will file an insurance claim 21 days after item(s) was shipped for US orders and 45 days after item(s) was shipped for international orders. These are insurance policies seller abides by for refunding customer for non receipt of items purchased.

If the shipping address provided by customer is inaccurate and the customer does not receive their item(s), the seller will not refund the purchase as entering a correct address is the customer's responsibility.

Returned items must be sent including delivery confirmation. Insurance is suggested but is at the customer's discretion whether to insure or not.

Custom orders are not refundable.

Shipping
I ship within 3 business days of purchase via USPS First Class, Delivery Confirmation and all orders are insured. Custom orders usually ship within the 3-5 day time frame but may take longer. The shipping timeframe for a custom order will be detailed in the listing after discussing with the customer first.

Before I place the custom order listing on etsy, I ensure that you and I are in full agreement on the details of the item(s) you want to purchase, quantity, payment information, and expected delivery date. Custom orders are not refundable as the pieces are made specifically to order. All the information is detailed beforehand through etsy convos and all details are included in customer listing.
