As a child, I remember my grandmother’s close friend inviting me to her ribbon store to select ribbons for my hair. The beautiful, colorful, array of ribbons were overwhelming yet unforgettable, and it was difficult to choose just one. Today, I still enjoy finding the perfect ribbon to pair with many of the products I sell online.

Returns and exchange details
Most of our items are custom made or custom cut and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. If necessary, please purchase a sample of the product before purchasing large quantities or if you need to see if the colors work for you.
Once your payment is received through Paypal or Etsy, we will ship your product according to each product's delivery timeline.
We ship our products with extreme care; however, If your product is damaged in any way, please notify us immediately, and we will work with the shipper to resolve the problem. Please do not discard the item nor the packaging as most shippers require proof of the damaged product. We ship throughout the U.S. and Canada, however if you are an international customer, convo with me so that I can get you a postal estimate in order to set up a custom listing for you.

Regarding our shipping schedules: If you ever need your items earlier than the expected delivery time, please convo with me before placing the order. I will let you know if I can schedule a faster delivery.
