Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Of course I want everyone to love what they order! If you are not happy with the piece though, I accept returns within 10 days of receiving the item. Refund is for the purchase price only, not including the shipping fees.

Payment

all payments should be made through paypal. I will contact you within 48 hours if a payment hasn't been made on an item that was ordered here on etsy, and if I don't receive a response within 24 hours, then I will cancel the order and relist the item.

All orders made within California will be charged sales tax.

Shipping

For all orders: I will ship to your Paypal Address. Please let me know if you want me to ship to the address listed on your etsy address instead.

For international orders: Shipping charges for all international orders are $15.00 for one item, and $4.00 extra for each additional item.

PLEASE NOTE: Your country may impose an import fee on shipments. Please be aware that I am not responsible for any extra fees charged by postal services outside of the U.S.A. Please contact your country's postal service if you have any questions about import fees.

All orders ship out in 3-5 days from when it was received. Orders placed on Friday will ship out on Monday. orders ship by either UPS ground, or through US mail.
