I have been wearing these for 3 days straight and I don't even notice that they are there. They are the perfect size. I appreciate the thinner gauge as well. These beauties are worth every penny!😊

About prettysensitive
I've been there!
Back in 2009 I was struggling to find pretty earrings for my own sensitive ears, when I finally decided I would make my own. I found hypoallergenic materials and discovered I love working with my hands. I love the challenge of taking miscellaneous materials and creating cohesive designs that embody a wide variety of styles. I also have enjoyed the challenge of working with some of the unique jewelry metals and solving problems to create earrings that people with metal sensitivities can wear.
I know there were many occasions where I just wanted to be able to wear pretty earrings without suffering through it (and days of adverse reactions afterwards too!). My goal is to help others like me. And to provide a wide variety of styles so anyone with sensitive ears can comfortably accent their look with stylish earrings!

Returns are accepted for items with any defects, shipping damages, or issues with workmanship within 90 days of delivery. Please do not wear your handmade earrings in the pool, sauna, shower, or otherwise soak them or expose them to chemicals.

Returns and exchange details
Returns are accepted for items with any defects, shipping damages, or issues with workmanship within 90 days of delivery. Please do not wear your handmade earrings in the pool, sauna, shower, or otherwise soak them or expose them to chemicals.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Payment
Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Shipping
International shipping is calculated at checkout for you. You may also opt to upgrade your shipping to an expedited service at checkout.
For First Class USPS mail within the USA, orders seem to typically take one week to arrive (some shorter). If your order has not arrived after two weeks from the date of shipment, it seems reasonable to assume it has been lost during shipment. Please then contact us to discuss our options. For International orders, please contact us if they have not arrived after three weeks to discuss our options.
Also, please note for international orders, that the buyer is responsible for their own country's customs fees, taxes, duties, handling fees, etc. The amount paid for international shipping here covers the cost of international postage. You may have additional fees to pay upon receipt in your country.

All hook style hypoallergenic dangle or drop earrings come with plastic safety nut earring backs.
Pendants can be made to match some of the styles. Please contact me if you are interested in a pendant.
If you see a particular pair that you like but would prefer a different color or length, please do not hesitate to contact me and we can see what we can work out.
Items sold here are not intended for children age 12 and under. They have not been tested for materials and durability regulations for children's products set by the United States Consumer Product Safety Council.
Handmade earrings do not tolerate exposure to soaking or chemicals, so please do not wear while swimming, using a sauna, bathing, or soaking piercings. Doing so may ruin or weaken the metals and gemstones. Protect your investment in quality, handmade, hypoallergenic earrings for sensitive skin by taking good care of them.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know which hypoallergenic metal is best for my sensitive ears?
Each of the metals we offer are hypoallergenic in nature depending on your body's particular allergies / sensitivities. More information about Surgical Steel, Niobium, Titanium, and Argentium Silver is provided here: https://www.PrettySensitiveEars.com/materials
Additionally, at the bottom of that page, you can refer to a table showing the metals ingredients used in common jewelry metals. If you know you've had a reaction to a common jewelry metal, you can see there which ingredients could potentially be the irritating culprits.
Nickel is a very common allergen. Our Niobium, Titanium, and Argentium Silver earrings are all nickel free.
How do I care for / clean my handmade hypoallergenic earrings?
Last On, First Off is a good rule of thumb to care for your handmade hypoallergenic earrings. Also, don't soak them in water or expose them to chemicals as this may weaken / ruin the earrings or gemstones.
