If you are not open to communication when you have any issues with the order (message first to discuss before leaving feedback), then this is a formal request to not order here:
***PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU WILL CANCEL RIGHT AFTER - once an order goes into queue, a separately shipping program is used and notice for cancellation may not be noticed. So just think twice before putting in an order. Once an order goes out regardless if you had sent a cancellation or not, there will only be refund for item cost minus shipping cost that already went out to USPS.
FOR TIME SENSITIVE EVENTS, PLEASE ORDER AT LEAST 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR THE US AND 4 WEEKS FOR INTERNATIONAL.
**USPS FIRST CLASS DOMESTIC - have been having delays and delivery time can range from 4-10 business days for US domestic first class mail. Even though etsy estimates USPS first class as 2-6 business days, if your event is time sensitive and less than 2 weeks away, then Priority Mail is usually recommended for a 2-4 business days delivery. (again need USPS to be on schedule)
*****INTERNATIONAL currently NOT shipping outside of the US. This is due to rates from USPS nearly doubled or more for low weight items. Also due to the changes in duty regulation as well as postal delays during this time.
**PLEASE DO NOT ask to mark packages as gifts or lower the amount on international customs form. I can only mark it merchandise and the actual value of the order***

There will now be a new section called Washi Tape (Chugoku) - which will include washi tape that is OEM from China. In my opinion, those are standard quality and the Japanese made are higher quality. Please read description for detail before ordering.
*** No Shipping to GERMANY, ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, ITALY, AND SOUTH AFRICA currently due to too many undelivered packages. I will open up shipping to SPAIN again for now for some singles, but please note that it can take up to 90 days for shipments to either arrive or if it doesn't it can take longer for it to return. So please check with your country's customs and watch for notices regarding customs payment. Do not place an order if you do not have time to wait for packages in case there are delays.
For MT brand and all tape, please check description since there are 3 sizes.
Also, please do read the description and look at all pictures available since sometimes, titles can't depict an item completely. Also please understand that colors of actual product may vary slightly due to lighting and also individual computer monitor.
***Please note that all orders are shipped to an USPS address that can be validated. If it can't be validated, then I will message you to confirm the address. If I do not get a response, then I may have to cancel the order since I can't process it further without the address confirmation****

5 out of 5 starsI got matte black, cocoa brown, aonibi dark grey, and beige wheat. I was initially worried that the brown looked too much like black on the roll, but they have a visible difference on paper. Very high quality, and I intend to buy more!

Can the gift tags be customized?
Yes, the top and bottom lines can be customized.
Top line can have max of 23 characters including spaces.
Bottom line can fit more character at a max of 32 characters including spaces.
Make sure to put the below info in the note to seller box during etsy checkout if you are ordering gift tags.

What is the size in other metrics?
Most washi tape will have the measurement in the item detail. Some of the conversions are as follows:
Usually the width:
15mm = 0.590551 inch
Usually the length:
10m = 32.8084 ft = 393.701 inches = 10.9361 yards
15m = 49.2126 ft = 590.551 inches = 16.4042 yards
If you have other metric conversion needed, it's easiest to type in the google search for example "12in to yard" "12mm to ft" etc and google will show the conversion.
What is your processing time?
Processing time can vary and most items such as washi tape will be about 1-3 business days (not counting weekend)
Most custom items can take 3-5 business days (not counting weekends).
What is the average shipping time for USPS?
First class domestic within the US is about 4-10 business days (not include processing time).
If you need faster domestic shipment, you can upgrade with the below link (ONLY FOR US)
Priority - 2-4 business days but will depend on USPS to be on schedule.
Express - 1-2 business days and usually treated by USPS as more of a priority.
