• Because our items are a form of apparel, we can not accept returns, refunds or exchanges once we have shipped your order.

• We use quality materials and do our best to ensure that your item will be long lasting. However, actual wear and care will ultimately determine the life of your product.

• We accept credit card payments through PayPal & Etsy. Work on your item(s) will begin as soon as your payment clears, unless otherwise noted.

• Orders may be cancelled and purchase price refunded only if notified *before* shipment.

• Custom orders may not be cancelled at any time.

• Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 mailing days of receiving payment. Large or custom orders may take a little longer, while ready to ship items may ship sooner.

• Our default shipping method is First Class via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

• If you prefer to be upgraded to Priority mail, please include that in your Notes To Seller during checkout. Flat Rate Priority via USPS costs $5.35. Order as much as you like and as long as it fits in a Small Flat Rate Box, it ships for one price! We will simply invoice you for the difference.

• UK, Canada, & Australia - Shipping prices listed are an approximation for First Class International shipping. Actual cost will be determined upon shipment and the difference, if any, will be refunded. Tracking/delivery confirmation is unavailable for International orders shipped via First Class. Depending on your location, your package could take several weeks to arrive. The USPS does not consider an item "lost" until 21 days past the ship date.
