Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
I prefer Paypal ...credit cards are also accepted.
International buyers please be aware that your country may or may not require an additional fee for picking up your packages and that fee will be your responsibility. Packages that have tracked out of the USA are beyond my reach and I won't be able to give any information regarding the postal service in your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read the descriptions and take the appropriate measurements. That's really all it will take to make a satisfactory transaction for both of us. I am no longer allowing returns for size being wrong or for screws being too long, too short, etc. If you need a certain size screw, take the MEASUREMENT and ask me....I'll be more than happy to send the size screws you need.
I pack my items carefully...that means not every piece will be squished up with every other piece and if there is more than 1 parcel in the box, please open them all before you email me to say I have cheated you. I can't believe how often that happens..
I will not accept any return initiated after 7 days of receipt. I like to give you time to look over your purchase but if you buy something and don't look at it for a month, I can't be responsible for that.
In most situations I ship Priority mail...the one and only reason to use Priority Mail is for insurance for damages.
If you're actually reading this, thank you. If you have any questions, please ask me. I've been here at etsy for almost 7 years and I'm always happy to answer any question.
