Payment
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be cancelled after five days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me.

I reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason.
Shipping
I ship via USPS using the least expensive method possible and within 24-48 hours of payment. I charge a little more for shipping in the US because of delivery confirmation (when available/applicable), packaging material, & the cost of gas since I live pretty far from the post office. However, I do make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and promptly because I appreciate you & your purchases.

Please permit at least two weeks for delivery. Overseas customers please permit 2-3 weeks. Be patient, I'm shipping from the Midwest of the US, not always going to get there lickety-split especially during the holidays.

Please ensure that your address submitted during checkout matches your Paypal address. If your Paypal shipping address and Etsy shipping address do not match, I will not ship the item until you have confirmed the correct address.

I do not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do my best to describe in full detail and photograph my items as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me so we can resolve the issue.

I cannot accept worn or damaged merchandise for returns. If it looks like it's been broken due to poor shipping that is another story. Contact me.
