And you'll also find the 'Pretzl Collection' here in my Etsy shop. Each item from the Pretzl collection is handmade to order, by myself, and I put my love and care into each creation so you can shine, and ultimately be your beautiful self in those garments! I am located in the Netherlands, Europe. If you order from another country (especialy when it's overseas) please understand that the shipping can take a while.

5 out of 5 starsEven though I didn't need customer service for anything, the seller still reached out to me to make sure everything was good. The design is easy to customize and even swap a few pieces with the other plans. It's definitely worth it.

5 out of 5 starsAt first glace, you can easily tell that this pattern was made by someone who takes great care in their work and what they are providing to others as a business. This pattern collection is fully modular which I think is an incredibly cleaver design absolutely love it. She immediately reached out with a very nice letter providing pattern printing tips and letting me know that she would help with any questions I may have. If you're starting out leatherworking, this is exactly the kind of seller you want to buy from and should hope that you are fortunate enough to find. I will absolutely be making future purchases from this shop. Thank you, Joyce!

4 out of 5 starsThe item is as described. Instructions were easy to read. Unfortunately I cannot use the pattern. I do recognize that the seller is not located in the United States therefore size norms differ dramatically. The average dress size is 16 in the US according to the US dept of Health and human services . Cup size is DD. I searched several days for a plus size pattern that I needed for this project and this was the best one. I would like to see extended pattern size options as I'd rather pay for the convenience of someone else figuring out proper sizing and measurements. After all, it would be a win win on for both the consumer and the business as it would bring in more revenue. Plus/Extended size options seem to be an untapped revenue stream for businesses within this niche.

Payment
I will only start working on making your item once the payment is processed.
Some countries will have taxes like import duties. These are not included in the item price but must be paid by the customer.
If you want to cancel your order, please send me a message within 24 hours of the order so I can cancel it for you. If I already started working on your item or if I already shipped it out, I can't cancel it anymore.
In case of a digital item, a refund is only possible if you haven't downloaded any of the files yet.
Shipping
I ship worldwide! So wherever you live, you can get your very own Pretzl goodies :)
All physical orders are shipped with tracking.
I ship my items via PostNL postal service in the Netherlands.
SHIPPING TIME
Within the Netherlands, a package will be delivered one or two days after shipping.
Shipping time within Europe mostly takes 1 or 2 weeks.
Overseas shipping mostly takes between 2 and 5 weeks.
MAKING TIME:
If you order something, please allow 2 weeks for the production of your items. I have a tight schedule and I can't always start right away with your items. I want to spend time and care for each item I make. I hope you can understand!
However, sometimes it occurs that I have something in stock. Then of course, I will ship it out immediatly!
The buyer is responsible for paying taxes and duties, like for example import duties.
