Please check your order confirmation email for current processing times (information is also displayed at checkout). To this you must add time spent in the postal system.

There are random delays in all forms of mail and courier delivery at the moment, depending on destination (B.C. is particularly slow right now due to last year's floods and this year's snow).

Most items to Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan are now going by surface (aka boat) and so we have suspended shipping to those destinations until the situation improves.

We DO NOT offer tracking within Canada unless specifically requested and paid for, in an effort to keep shipping costs at their lowest. You will see tracking options as an add-on at checkout. Tracking is included for most US orders.

Buttons are carefully packaged in small bags; magnets are attached back to back across a small card, and then placed in an envelope or small bag (to ensure that they do not get loose when traveling through the post). We do provide gift wrapping using tissue and washi tape if requested - please send us a note on checkout using the "Note to Seller" field. We can also include a small gift card - just let us know what wording you would like us to use and be sure to sign your name.

We cannot gift wrap mugs at this time.

Buttons are now available in 1 inch, 1.25 inch, and 2.5 inches in diameter. Our most popular sized buttons are the 1.25 inch badges. This is quite small: ever-so-slightly larger than an American or Canadian quarter. Please familiarize yourself with the size before ordering so as to avoid disappointment when your buttons arrive.

We are happy to take custom orders. Please send us a convo to discuss details.Usually only a few words or a very simple design would be appropriate. If in doubt, send us your design and we can show you what it would look like .

We do offer wholesale on buttons and magnets, for retail resale only. Please DM for details.

Sometimes the Etsy shipping calculator goes bananas, especially if you are ordering multiple single buttons (ie 25 single buttons). Please send an email before checking out and we can setup a custom listing for you. If you have already checked out please send a message and we will reimburse the difference between the Etsy calculation and actual shipping cost. We do our best to catch these shipping overages as they occur but sometimes they slip past. Please don't be shy!

Please double check the address you submitted to us on checkout. We cannot refund items that are not deliverable due to incomplete or incorrect addresses - PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT before ordering.

For all other orders, we ask for your patience as delays are between 1 and 2 weeks right now, depending on circumstances at specific processing plants and post offices. If your item has not arrived within 3 weeks please reach out and we can discuss next steps.
