Welcome to our shop, PrideandBeauty. We are a small black owned, family operated company based out of Baltimore Maryland. We offer hair and skin care solution for men, women, children of all race, color and background. We started on Etsy market place in 2020 and have since expanded to Amazon Handmade and Walmart.com.
At PrideandBeauty, we handcraft gourmet hair and scalp treatment using USDA certified organic ingredients. The story behind our products are personal. As people, we take pride in our hair and skin, the outer layer of our body is a reflection of what is going on with us internally. It is important that we consume the right nutrients as well as be aware of the products we use on our hair and skin. Keeping you and your family in mind, PrideandBeauty leave out unnecessary toxins in our products and only use real 100 % natural ingredients.

Our products are well preserve, depending on the product may last 9-12 months if stored properly in a cool/dry enviroment
Wholesale availability
We currently offer wholesale prices on selected items. Please see following listing for details which will be in a 64 oz or 128 oz container. If you are interested in selling Pride and Beauty in you store, please send us an email and we will provide you with an invoice for selected items.
How will I receive my special request item.
Your will receive your product in a 64oz or 128 oz container.

Shipment and package arrival?
My package says delivered but I haven’t received?
For any missing package, please contact USPS to open a ticket for item. Once ticket have been open, please contact shop owner with ticket information in order to start resolution.
USPS and shipment/missing package
Once USPS confirm package have been delivered, we are unable to do any refunds or package replacement. If you believe you reside in a location where your package maybe at risked for theft, request that shop owner upgrade your shipment to include signature request.
I opened a case with USPS about my missing package, what next?
Once you provide us with USPS reference number, allow 15-20 business days for Usps to investigate. Once Investigation is completed, we will work out favorable resolution.
